Are any of you doing exams lately? I have done lots, and only have one left. Anyway, when you are stuffing you head with page after page of facts, and wondering if you truly know ANYTHING, you occasionally need a bit of encouragement!
Here are some verses that I was studying for a Bible exam, and they certainly apply to pre-exam pressure or any other disappointment or trial that comes our way. Let me share them with you.
Isaiah 40:28-31
"Hast thou not known? hast thous not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no search of his understanding.
"He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
"Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
"But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."
I can tell you from personal experience in many hard and painful trials that these verses are so true. You CAN soar above your problems when God strengthens you! Will you let Him help you today?
God bless!
