How were your celebrations? I had a wonderful time with mine! Christmas is such a wonderful time for celebrating family, love, kindness, mercy, grace, closeness, and best of all...JESUS!!!! Boy, am I grateful that Christ came to earth to die for sinners like me!
I got some lovely gifts, including some c.d.s by some performers I've met, and a wonderful purse made to look as if it were made of a pair of jeans! Of course, my salvation and Jesus' timeless gifts were the very best!!! I can celebrate these gifts all year long, but Christmas is an especially nice time of the year to do so. The break from school and work gives you a chance to get ready for the New Year, and refocus your energy on what is truly important.
I've been struggling with a cold, but am thankful for my sore throat getting better. Now I'm only being teased because my voice is SO AWFUL! It sounds very weird! :D
Playing my piano solo for church, acting as a main character in my 2014 Christmas play, and spending time with family have been some highlights this year! I also loved making gifts, and celebrating with one of my piano students at their lesson!
Over the holiday, I have also been working on planning my next plays. I have two plays planned out for the writing process. I'm also going to start working on some posts for the New Year, specifically those based on my play writing post series. I hope that you'll tell others about that series, and encourage them to check this blog out! :D It'd be great to have more readers, and also be able to share these tips and steps to writing a performable play within two months (a bit less, a bit more, depending on how long or short that you want it to be!). So, while I work on that, why not pass on my web address?!
Well, I'll go for now! Have a great rest of the holidays, and may God bless you, friends!
